THE POLICIES

  • CANCELLATION POLICY

You must cancel a class at least 12 hours in advance for AM classes (before 12PM) and cancel at least 4 hours in advance for PM classes (after 12PM) or you will lose a credit. For memberships, you will be charged a drop-in class fee for no-shows ($10+tax) and $5+tax for any late cancellations (effective May 1, 2023). This includes switching time slots after the late cancel period has gone into effect. This is to prevent spots from being booked up and unattended in classes that otherwise would have been available for another client to book, and to give those who are on the waitlists for our most popular classes a chance to get a spot in class. If you are unable to make it to class, we encourage you to cancel at least 12 hours in advance to avoid any charges, and so that your spot can be made available to another person. To cancel your booking, please access your account online or in our app. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at info@thecommnswellnesscollective.com

  • WAITLIST PROTOCOL

Our waitlist’s intention is to move quickly and ensures that guests who want to take a class will have the best chance of getting into that class. As soon as a spot opens up, you will be automatically enrolled on a first-come, first-served basis, up to 1 hour before class start time. If you do not wish or intend to take the class, we encourage you to remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid automatic enrolment and a penalty should you no longer be able to make it. You can remove yourself from the waitlist at any time without penalty. Once you are enrolled, our standard no-show / late cancellation policy will apply. Removing yourself from the waitlist will allow other guests who are on the waitlist and able to make it to class the chance to get in.

  • RESERVING A SPOT

Booking online or on the app is recommended to ensure you secure a spot. However walk-ins are welcome provided there is a spot available in the class.

Pick A Spot available for some classes- clients can select a specific spot in class upon signing up. Spots will be numbered for clients to find upon arrival.

  • LATE ENTRY

Out of respect and safety for other clients and instructors, classes will start on time. Doors will remain open for 2 minutes after the class starts. Once the studio doors close, any other latecomers will not be allowed in. We are firm with this policy because opening the studio door once it’s been closed disturbs the flow of the class, and also puts guests who are stationed next to the door at risk of injury. Classes also begin with an introduction, including proper form and technique, that is required to be successful in the class. If you arrive late for your class, we would be happy to find a spot for you in the next class, if there are available spots.

  • MEMBERSHIPS and credits

Regularly priced drop-in passes and credits do not expire unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase (ex: on sale birthday passes) but will require an extension unless used prior to the "expiration date" If your passes are close to or have expired, it is your responsibility to email us so that your passes can be extended for your use. Due to our booking system capabilities, you will not receive a notification regarding expiration of passes. All passes are non-refundable, non-transferable or exchangeable. Please note that if passes are re-issued, they will reflect the current cost. Ex: if you bought 10 passes on sale for $200 (value of $20/class) but at date reissued the class costs are $25 you would get a value equal to the cost you payed equaling out to 8 passes reissued.

Please email info@thecommnswellnesscollective.com if needing to cancel a membership.

  • RETURN POLICY

We do not allow refunds and do not accept refund requests for price adjustments.
