In my classes I want each and every person to show up exactly who they are. The goal is to connect to how you’re feeling emotionally and physically in the moment rather than a continuous chase of feeling the need to do more. We are always present in the here and now during my class, with an invitation to check your to-do list at the door and hone in on your body in a safe and supportive space that allows you to connect to your breath, get into your body and out of your mind. In my class we celebrate and honour the body through movement with a practice filled with choice, intention and mindfulness. There will never be a missed moment of bumping music, contagious motivation and a maximum burn. Show up for you and only you and I will be there to support, cheer and grow alongside you. Can’t wait to see you soon, everyone is welcome.

LIV WHITE
TEAM MEMBER/INSTRUCTOR
MOVES IN THE BLEND
YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
Hi, my name is Liv, and I am a certified therapeutic yoga instructor. My heart is filled with compassion for all beings on this planet and as an empath, I have developed an interest and passion for supporting others. I have been on a soul-searching journey for the last 3 years which led me to yoga. While having training in therapeutic yoga, classic asanas, somatics, meditation & more, what was really at the forefront of my training was inner work, authenticity, always showing up as you are and that being enough. I’ve learned from this that yoga is not about poses and how you look doing them, but rather something you take off your mat with you and live every day. For me, this has meant living more in harmony with myself, with others around me, and with nature, leading me to a more peaceful life. I want to help others achieve what I have in their own way while inspiring them with my story through my teachings

CHRISTINA MANN
TEAM MEMBER / INSTRUCTOR
MOVES IN THE PRACTICE
200HR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
I started my yoga journey 10 years ago. I turned to yoga during some of life’s hardships. Each time I attended practice, I felt like my most beautiful self and internally grounded. In 2019, I realized how impactful yoga had been on my life, such a healing, aspect that I decided I want to become an instructor and share with others the benefits it provides. In December 2020, I completed my 200hr YTT in Revelstoke, BC over Zoom, (instead of in Bali due to the pandemic). Despite it being over Zoom, the experience was transformational.
I’m a firm believer that mental wellness is as important as physical. Nourishing not only our bodies but our minds produces a joyfulness all should experience. To me, I think practicing yoga creates perseverance in one’s mental and psychical wellness. Learning to train our minds to cultivate a positive way of thinking I strongly believe enhances many areas in our lives. Yoga has been that tool for me. I can’t wait to be a part of this new journey and community. I strive to spread mindfulness and a sense of grounding through my teaching.
